Equipment Screening Fence in Fayetteville, AR
This equipment-screening fence near Zion Road in Fayetteville was built to reduce the visibility of HVAC units and other exterior building equipment. The new installation covered approximately 36 linear feet and stood about four feet tall, creating a more intentional visual barrier around the equipment area.
CraftBuilt constructed the screen using one-inch pressure-treated pine boards. The project did not include a gate because the layout functioned as a screening feature rather than a complete perimeter enclosure.
The primary installation challenge involved the surrounding grade. Construction took place before the area around the building had reached its final elevation, so the fence could not simply follow the temporary ground level present at the time. Its height and alignment were established according to the planned finished grade so the screening would relate properly to the completed site once the surrounding grading work was finished.
